Bubbles appearing on plastic trim below windows

I’ve noticed bubbles appearing on the plastic trims below my windows, does anyone what would be causing it?

looks like they have been wrapped and vinyl is lifting

Ah right, it only seems to be happening on 1 side tho. Do u know what could be causing this?
