What is this on the back of the rad pack? I've snapped the pipe so need a new on as soon as.

After run (continuous circulation) pump... circulates coolant through the turbo for about 10mins after you turn off the engine to prevent cooking the oil and the turbo in general

Think of it as a turbo timer only legal
