Tie rod end sleeve?

While removing the tie rod from the wheel bearing housing, a sleeve(?) from the wheel bearing housing came along with the tie rod end.

Now i cant get that sleeve of the old tie rod, and searching etka i cant find it.

Has anyone experienced some ting similar, or know if i can buy the sleeve separate or if it is a way to get it of and reuse it?

That's unfortunate. Are you able to reinsert the old tie-rod and sleeve back in?

Just got back from the dealership, it was fairly common, and you need a specialtool.
Thought i had to buy a new wheel bearing housing.
