space saver

Hi all,
I'm after some help please..... i've just got a new a3 sportsback 40 tfsi quattro with 18 inch alloys .....i'm after a space saver wheel as iv got the bose subwoofer in the boot.... could anyone tell me the correct size spacesaver that i will need please?
My tyre size is 225/40/r 18

The 40 Edition is the 8V shape, we’ll see if we can get this post move to the 8V boards. @Sandra
