Engine stopped!

What a pain. 2 minutes from home on my way to work the glow plug light come on and the engine died. Tried locking, unlocking car etc but wouldn't start up again. I walked to work and I'll try it later but any ideas guys please?
I'll scan it later...3.0tdi Quattro ASB engine.

You need to scan for errors.could be all and nothing

Scan showed nothing but if I turn the engine over the fuel pump pulley is not spinning so I think the toothed belt driving the pump has snapped!
Any tricks to do this without taking the bumper off etc?

Bit of a ball ache but remove the inlet 15/16 bolts and a couple of fuel pipes really opens it up and gives you some room to work.

Oh happy days, the Audi lives!
New belt and tensioner £120 inc labour. He only needed to remove the manifold to get enough access.
