OIL FILTER QUERY

Please could anyone answer a query regarding A4 diesel oil filters?

Can the AVF Engine oil filter part no. 074115562, be replaced by the newer ASZ Engine oil filter part no.071115562/071115562A

I only ask as I have ten ASZ filters from my Fabia vRS and it seems daft to sell them if they will fit. It looks like the ASZ ones already has part of the inner filter cap built into the filter.

If not anyone interested in buying the filters?

best thing to do is compare them, its probably very difficult to tell from a part number or drawing
