The rotary (twist) headlight switch on my 2001 8L S3 with self-levelling xenon headlights is playing up; the front fog lights are permanently on regardless of how the switch is set. Have been told that this is an MoT failure.
Looked around eBay and Amazon Market place and have sourced a replacement twist rotary switch which I have fitted. The various lights now work as expected.

However, the new switch appears to be missing an LED indicator (tell tale) for the rear foglight. It has one for the front fog light, but not the rear. Have been told that this lack of indication would be an MoT failure.
Can anyone recommend where to get a switch with both front and rear fog light indicators?
Have I been unlucky with getting a third party pattern part or has the design actually changed?
Am currently considering taking a punt on a switch for an A6 on eBay which appears to be identical, but don't want to be caught out again with the missing rear fog light indicator LED.
