hello all,
my original 3 button key shell is getting really tatty so i purchased a replacement and cannot get the pcb out of my old casing as it seems to have special fastenings. i cannot find a small enough tool to unscrew these (tiny, like watch screws) and am having difficulty even telling whether they are torx or allen type heads, does anyone have experience of doing this job....i thought it was going to be a doddle(silly me).
any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
cheers

They are tiny torx screws, sets of these can be bought easily on eBay, once these are out it’s straight forward. Don’t forget to swap over the transponder as well as the circuit board, be careful not to break it as it’s glass. Fix it in place with silicone.
