S4 small oil leak - what is this pipe/hose

hi all new on here
Owner of a 2006 s4 cabriolet (4.2 v8)
For some time the s4 has been leaving tiny oil spots on the drive.
Took the plastic engine tray off today and got the car on ramps - had a good look round see pic

This looks like it’s the culprit ! ( this is from underneath)
Cleaned it all up with brake cleaner took for a small spin and coming from the same place.
Any ideas what the pipe is called ? Doesn’t look like a huge job - obviously drain oil and swap hose?
Any help ideas gladly taken

Is it just me or does it look like it's being leaked ON? i.e it's not the culprit?

Possibly - so many hoses and pipes above - it’s to tight to get hand up and check

Can you take a further out pic and then tell us where abouts on the engine bay it is?

Above are varies hoses from engine and power steering hoses, dip stick is also in that region.
