Is there anyone push the brake pedal off right before the complete stop of the car and then push the pedal again for the complete stop?
I mostly do that to stop the car smoothly, but the moment when i off my foot from the brake pedal, i feel vibration from the engine.

There's no such vibration when i just push the brake pedal continuosly to stop the vehicle, or during driving.
It only happens at the above situation.

It may not be a brake disc problem.. since i drive only ~5000km.

Perhaps engine mount problem..? any advice would be appreciated!

Yes it is auto.
Ive ovserved rpm when i do the above braking.
When the car slows down, the rpm indicates less than 1000 rpm even before car is stop. It falls to ~800.
Im not sure but it seems like the gear is changed to N while braking. When i slightly off my foot from the pedal, the rpm increases to around 1000 rpm and i feel the vibration. I think its owing to that the gear is changed to D again from N. The vibration may be caused by that i slightly push the brake pedal at the gear chaned moment as i have to stop the car anyway.

As far as i know, the gear is N with rpm of approx. 800rpm when the car is stop, pushing the brake pedal or functioning auto hold.

Thats my own opinion...
