Interior lights a bit too bright?

Does anybody else find the ones in the driver's door for the electric windows and the lower half of the dashboard for the USB socket, etc rather too bright?

Is there a way of adjusting these? Their brightness seems unrelated to the brightness/colour selected for the 'extended' LEDs on the MMI.

If you go into interior lighting In MMI it brings up a large dial on the screen you can then use the MMI to turn all the lighting up or down, if you click on the little plus button, think it’s top right this brings up an individual menu of each section so you can set the brightness of footwell and doors, center console

If you look at the rotary dial for the headlights there is a small circular knob to the bottom right of this. Press it and it will extend to allow you to dim/brighten these areas.
