Are my alloys diamond cut?

I went off to a local repairer to get some stone chips repaired and asked about my alloys as they're due a repair, he said they were diamond cut and would cost roughly £75 per wheel, however I was under the impression my wheels weren't diamond cut.

My wheels are the centre ones in this picture, the 18" 5 arm design ones.

Yes. The whole face is diamond cut by the looks of it.
In fact all look diamond cut apart from top middle
 
Look like diamond cut to me as well, as I understand it, the "shiny" finish comes from the diamond cut finish. £75 sounds cheap to me, cost me £120 to repair mild curbing on mine. Well was covered by my alloy insurance...

Yeah mines pretty mild, no insurance for me on them
