19" Alloys

Hello. Looking at 19" alloys which are 235/35/19 8.5J. I think the fitment is fine as they came off an Audi but was wondering about spacers, would a 10mm one be advised or 15mm?

Also getting the car suspension sorted out next week so, what height is the best to go for, don't want rubbing though?

When you say they came off an Audi, you need to be more specific, like what model Audi? Only Wheels from the TT or A3 will have the correct 5X100 stud pattern, A4 and upwards is all 5X112.
I'm currently running 8J wide, so with 8.5J, and an offset of ET35, I would recommend 10mm spacers
