Hi, just bought myself an Audi A3 2015 150 TDI in fab red!.
Used to drive a Honda Civic 2.2 (remapped to 204BHP) and missing the kick!.

1. REMAP

Looking to get the car remapped either with -

http://premiertuning.com/vehicles/ - Stage 2 offering 205BHP with 450NM toqk

Or

https://www.celtictuning.co.uk/comp...remap-chiptuning/stage-1?year=2015#t3-content - offering 199BHP with 288 lb/ft toqk.

What are the audi clutches like? are they like choclate like the Honda onces? car has about 56k miles on it.

2 EXHAUSTED OPTIONS.

I used to have an Martelius - Honda Civic 2.2 CTD.

Any thing avail for the A3?.

3. AIRFILTERS

OEM was always the best for the Honda any upgraded filters for the TDI or all useless because its desiel.

4. VCDS

Before I spend 250+ on a cable does anyone have a mod list avail on what I can do to the car?. I bought one of them 16 quid elm adapters too - https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threa...iable-for-the-8v-a3-s3-pfl-fl-covered.303522/

5. Services Items

On the honda forum we had discount with Honda Cox for service items IE Major and second, anything like this avail?, looking to maintain the car like I did with my Honda.

6. Coilsprings

I was running eibach lowering springs on the Honda, whats the best for the A3?, ride is very good atm and dont wann lose that.

Thanks for the help so far guys, ill props have more questions as i go.

Thanks

Adam

1) The clutch on the TDI seems pretty solid, but I'd be more worried about the DMF. However an even bigger worry is the new MOT - any overfuelling at all will probably be an MOT instant fail since it'll produce visible smoke. The days of turning up boost and putting more fuel in are gone.

2) Yes, plenty of exhausts available for A3. Again, check you stay MOT passing.

3) OEM is fine

4) See the stickied threads.

5) Yes, Audi dealers have fixed price service plans for cars over 3 years old.

6) If it's good as is, why change? Any lowering will affect the ride - the suspension geommetry is quite complex to optimise and you'll end up compromising.
