still can't seem to get the extra features unlocked such as remote unlock.

I have the plastic tab key and scratched off to reveal a lettered code which I tried to link below. But did not work ? any ideas ?

It’s a late 2017 onwards? Remote unlock supported from that year or MY18.

I found best way to setup (iPhone) was using the MMI connect app. Might be worth a try?

it is 2018 brand new received on Friday. I am in London. I may have to ask the dealer. I have android galaxy S7

OP,
Did you create a new account on www.audi.co.uk/myaudi on your PC? If not, then you should do this, add the vehicle VIN and then it will give you a code which you need to enter into the car's MMI along with the 10 digit keyfob code. On your smartphone, you should use the 'MyAudi' app as the 'Audi Connect' app will be phased out very soon.

Thank you all , managed to get it working, off to test the remote unlock feature now
