S-Line / S4 "black optics" grill: license plate holder with parking sensor???

Hi guys, need some help here!

I just got my hands on an S-Line "black optic" grill. It's awesome, BUT:

• My S-Line has parking sensors in the license plate holder, this one does not.
• My plate holder is gray whereas this guy is black.
• Same for my parking sensors (gray).

Does anyone have the Audi part number for the black license plate holder?
What about the sensor covers, are those included with the plate hoder or separate items (what # number?)?
