Upgrading the interior light a to 2017 led

i bought a interior light kit from a 2017 because the pfl are quite frankly sh*t but plugged it in and it doesn’t seem to work any modifications needed for it to work?

This is in no way play and play. Lots of modification needed wiring wise in order to get it working. I would seek the assistance of a retrofit professional.
