Mine was in for a Sachs clutch and his none Audi mechanics... well the first one took the car apart, another put it back together. Me thinking that Richard was doing the work as he is the Vag mechanic. Richard didn't know who done what... braking my battery tray, not putting the correct clips back, not fitting pipework back on correctly and stearing not straight.
OH! and I nearly forgot to mention that whilst my car was in they were having the roof renovated. Grinding and god knows what else all over my pride and joy!
They have no respect for other people's cars what so ever and it disgusts me.
Don't get me wrong it was all rectified (with my complaining ) but it's not the point. He's supposed to be a Vag specialist for f**ks sake and you would expect that people's prides and joy would be looked after.
Take your car where you want but I'd rather travel to a far better "Vag specialist".
