Flashing an ECU back to standard after DPF delete

We have a 1.6 tdi here which has had DPF delete and the appropriate bits mapped/coded out…

We need to return the car back to standard and flash the ECU back to standard.

Does anyone know how we can do this or even anyone that can do this for us?
