Bought a car from them May 2017. Said presages service but within 4 months car had transmission problem after less than 2300 miles. Audi assist said on inspection car was sold with no oil in transmission as it showed no leaks under car. Then there is the lie of 1 year MOT but it was only 6 months. Then they registered the car some 1 month earlier than I bought it.. I could go on with errors. Cheeky badtard Jay Redsell said take £250 as goodwill or get nothing. So I said ssend it but it without prejudice. I am now go ensure the world hear of them plus take them court in February 2018.
I later found out that on last 12 months they sold another car by sales lady J Wilson and within less than 2 months it came back on tow truck fir similar reasons and they had to make good discount on replacement sale of a Q series.
