Hey guys,
I don't post here much but right now I'm stressing beyond belief. So just a little background.. I did a full exhaust on my car 76mm throughout and added an exhaust cut out valve (cos rice). After this, I'd noticed that the idle on the car was never great with instances of it cutting out at times.
After a while, I put stage 2 software from a local tuner here in South Africa, and they'd assumed they done the hpfp internals on the file, and I drove it like that for a week. When the final file was ready the logs that were done at the time revealed that there was a little timing pull and the throttle continuously kept cutting off and coming back and cutting off again through the rev range.
Yesterday I finally did the internals on the pump, and while testing the car, it started misfiring quite badly and a quick vagcom scan at idle showed lambda to be around .7 .65... Which seemed that the file was overfueling, this was accompanied by pops and bangs which were never there before.
I then drive to my tuner, with the misfire, a total of about 15miles, and parked the car off hoping for the stock file back, which they said they can only get tomorrow.. as I drove home, the low oil pressure warning light came on, so I had to limp the car the rest of the way, since home was like a mile out.
Right now I have no idea how to proceed.. please help.
Thanks.
