Hello this is my first post i'm pretty sure i'm in the right thread (sorry if not). anyway ive recently purchased a 2005 audi a3 1.6 fsi sportback i love the car but i want to change the interior to black (everything door panels seats etc). just wondering if anyone has done the same.

I changed the interior from cloth SE to leather/alcantara S-line seats and S3 door cards with matching alcantara inserts. The swap was straight forward. I used this guide on seats swap. Speaking of the door cards, you should buy clips before taking them off as most likely you would break 90% of them. I bought these (20 pcs) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190929039962 , this (I needed 2 pcs): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400348328713 and this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171148346176. I think only the blue ones would do the job though.
You'll need a trim removal tool, Torx driver set and splined set as well. If you are changing the boot side panels all the boot stuff needs to come out first. Take yer time and remember where all the trim clips and screws go, it's not a hard job but allow 2 days to get it all fitting right.
