Poor radio reception

Morning I'm after some help/advice, I have a 2005 Sportback with factory fitted Navigation (RNS-E),
The radio reception is very poor hardly receiving any radio stations, any ideas of where to start looking etc??

Check the aerial at the back of the HU is still connected. Maybe stick a multimeter on the aerial amp behind the rear boot panel, might not be getting any juice? Maybe a fuse? Not sure if it has its own one though.
