Looking for a S4

Hi folks, new kid on the block and all that. Looking for a wee bit advice and thoughts. Looking for a S4.Does anyone know where there are any good ones for sale? I've got approx £13k to spend. What about sat nav? Any thoughts?
I live in Scotland, they are so rare up here so willing to travel if i have too.
