S3 Eco mode

Just done a motorway run and decided to see what the different modes returned mpg wise. Kept the car at 60 and Dynamic it was returning 29mpg, Economy returned 31 mpg. Then decided to see what sport mode returned, to my supris I was getting 33.5 mpg.

Anyone seen anything similar? Even when I put my foot down and took it up to 80 it was still returning 32.5.

What distances were they based over pal?

About 1.5 miles on each mode.

That's not enough, need a good 50 miles on each to have a fair comparison

Yeah only a slight change in gradient would make a dent on mpg

20 miles does it,but one is splicing hairs really......with the ECO v DYNAMIC....modes
