3.0 tdi rattle of doom

Hey guys! I have bought my car from a second han 2 years ago... It's a b7 3.0 tdi 150kw! Everything worked great but I've noticed that rattle on a startup! My mehanic checked the car and 1 tensioner was bad so we changed it! It helped just a bit so after 1 year I've decided 2 change all the tensioners and chains as well... So I did! And it got just abit better but 1of10 times i can still hear it 2 secondas after startup it's a second long and usually not when a car is cold but after It stands 4 20 mins... So is it normal on some cars? It's all damn new...

I was just thinking it must be the oil pressure until the oil reach the tensioners... dunno maybe the pressure is 2 low in that moment
