Is it possible to have Google Earth on the main MMI screen and simple map-view (without Google Earth) on the virtual cockpit? Or vice versa? It seems that if you select the map settings on one it affects the other...

I asked someone this a while ago, and what you say confirms what they said! The map setting affects both screens.
This is one thing I'm thinking ahead to... what to display on the centre screen and what to display on the VC. I'm thinking central S3 rev counter on the VC with small map to the left of it...? Not sure about the centre screen tho.
