Dvd satnav unit broken ?

My sat nav was working fine until recently. As you can see on the link the dvd is coming in and out 3 times and then stops .



Any ideas ?

So i took it apart to see if anything is blocking the dvd locking in place and cant find anything obvious

Unfortunately these drives do fail, I've replaced a few over the years, these days they are cheap enough to replace £100 mark.
There is no component protection so it's plug & play.
