J519 T32a How to remove??

Morning,

May sound a stupid question but how does the T32a (grey/white) 32 pin connector come out of the J519 module behind the dash? In the middle of fitting footwell lights to my A4 B8 but for the life of me I cant get the T32a connector to pull out. I removed the T17L (Black 17 pin) connector no problem as it has a tab to squeeze but dont want to pull the 32 pin plug too hard?

Its ok managed to get it out. Have to release the pink clamp and it comes away easy.
