What bolts needed?

Hi all, about to order these:

What size/length bolts will I need?

M14 x 1.5 size, ball seat, 17mm hex.
At least 27+11 = 38mm length.

Would these be okay? Is 38mm okay (on the limit) or am I better going off for the 43mm length (will they be too long?)

People say +- 1mm is OK. I has been using ~7mm too long bolts and felt nothing bad, but better use the right length.
Still, you can always cut off the excessive amount from the longer bolts
