headlamp wash jets.

hi guys ive got 2 new haedlamp wash jets for my bumper. due to the bumper not having these when i had it. i need to know how its fixed to the bumper. i know it goes from inside the bumper. just need to know does it screw from inside the bumper of from the top of the bumper, can anyone help please.

you need to take the bumper off and bolt them in from below

hi mate thank you for your message that i thought but how? is it nut and bolt or self tapping screws into the green pastic retainers.
