Whats the process of changing the vvt tensioner any info....tia

You need to compress it with a tool and you also have to undo the inlet cam... you can remove the tensioner without removing the cam but if you do then you will need to make sure that the cam to cam timing is correct...

Don't forget to replace the gasket and seal

Watch when torquing the cam cap bolts, they only 10nm
