Help with radio install.

The one in the first and second picture looks like an aerial connector.

As above looks like aerial and possibly steering wheel controlls or bluetooth im guessing

Radio seems to be working fine although the reception isn't the best.

Bluetooth and steering wheel controls are working gray, if anything better than the oem setup headunit was in.

Well if the reception isnt the best then that will be your aerial, you will probably need a "bullet" adapter, and as for the other iso block i have no idea, if everything is working as it should i wouldnt worry.
