After topping off the tank the fuel gauge only reads 3/4 full - it isn't the cluster as I've just had that replaced (£1400!!). Same issue on the old cluster anyway.
I've seen a DIY on audizine on how to replace the fuel sender but it's for a B7 - googled B8 sender and nothing comes up. Anyone know if the B7 and B8 use the same system ?

EDIT: looks like the fuel pump and sender is an all in one unit on the B8 - another small fortune!!
