Seat not sliding when tipped forward

Hi there, looking at my passenger seat today as it doesn't slide forward when tipped forward. The drivers side does slide when tipped. Had a look underneath and the cable doesn't appear to actuate the cam. All the mechanism under the seat looks ok. How do I get to the mechanism in the seat, how do you remove the side or rear plastic trim?
Looked to me like a piece of metal has sheared.

No one got any ideas, it's annoying having to let the kids in through my seat and then get it back into a comfortable position again....

I have this problem with mine. Not looked at it yet. When you do it take a few pics to post up if possible. May help me out lol
