front 3" mid speaker fault, easy change?

is it possible to change this speaker without stripping the door card off, ive seen that the grill could be glued in so would need new of that too?

Not sure if the grill is the once use only version, where you heat the plastic fixing points up so they melt & fold over to hold fast, but for me door card of, best way to access these areas tbh.

I didn't fancy washing my 5 yr old daughters hair, conditioning & blow drying just now, but I had too lol

You have to take the door card off, there is no way around it. Also make sure you have new clips as the old ones tend to break when the door card is removed.
