Knock / clunk when I pull away ?? 1.8t quattro

Hello
I've got a b6 avant , I've noticed that when I pull away up to 10 mph there's seems to be a clunk/knock coming from the rear or the vehicle also then when I pull away to the left it feels like something is binding ?
Any ideas what to check ?

Mine does the same, its the rear diff, they get worn and start clunking

There was a thread I saw that showed you how to turn the internals around to remedy this
