So I'm going remove the intake manifold this weekend cause I'm putting in a catch can, oil pressure sender, replacing the boost pipes and putting in a new dipstick.

I've ordered a new seal for the the manifold, is there anything else I need? Can I reuse the bolts or are they one use only? Also is there anything else that I should consider doing or replacing while its off?

If I remember correctly, the studs and nuts are very cheap, might be an idea to just change them anyway?

Yep, reuse bolts... No point wasting your money there
