2006 a3 stereo

I was wondering what experience people have has changing the standard audi a3 1.9 stero (Bose sound system)

I'm looking at possibly getting another audi stereo with Bluetooth music stream/phone/satnav possibly.

Has any one got any recommendations or if this can't be done with an audio stereo then an after market one? Or even installing an aus lead or usb lead and where you have put them armrest/glovebox?
