Drivers door not opening

Hi All,

Got my sportback yesterday, however the drivers door doesn't open when unlocked with the remote. The other doors open just the drivers door doesn't. It opens with the key. I have scan it with vag com and have this code. I'm no noob but just want to know where to start so I can get it sorted..
