front grill mod stage 1 completed.

After a lot of trimming and sanding my alternative front grill project is ready for stage 2, but at this stage it does look different to be honest.
After a lot of thinking and looking I think it will turnout ok, after I cut out all the cross members it did look a be crappy but after a tidy up and light sand its much better.
next to fill all the small indentations left behind with fine filler and a final sand then a paint in an shade of anthracite , all ready painted and lacquered the chrome surround in brilliant black to match the car , just need to think about the rings colour.
anyway any thoughts would be nice as to it styling now.

Nice job, 1st thoughts are it looks great. Will need to see it fitted to make my mind up but sure it's going to look good.

I would say black rings to match surround with the anthracite subtly in the background.
