s3 8l project (belgium)

Hi ,

I bought myself a new project a couple of weeks ago after 2 fiesta st mk6's , focus st mk3 and a heavely tuned cooper s r53 i bought myself an audi s3 !

Imported it from Holland do of the lack of s3 8l's in Belgium .

The car has done 235000 km and is a 01 model with 210 bhp !

It needed a good clean so gave it a full detailing and sprayed the calipers and rims offcourse .

i'm planning to replace all the suspension bushes , powdercoat all the suspension arms , and put new springs , shocks and brakes on it this winter!

Also thinking to rebuild the engine ... Plan is to run 320 bhp but would like the engine to be capable until 450 bhp ! You guys have any idea what a rebuild like that would cost ? And i mean just the rebuild of the block not all the other neccasary parts so would need rods , pistons , high performance bearings ?

When i did the cooper s block it costed me around 3000 pound i dont think i will be able to this for the s3 or will it ?
