Extreme Parking

Overshoes? You take it to a whole new level.

So the car park has to be clean as well a deserted to be considered extreme?

The car had done 260 miles up a sh1tty M6 the day before so it wasn't so clean anyway.
I'd say the dirtier the MORE extreme ha ha

1st one with this car

Found this gem today at the garden centre. Guy about 50 never made any attempt to correct, just walked off as if it was a perfect park.

Nice one!

The crazy thing is the idiots who lines the carpark. Leaving a gap to the left of space 19 but having a concrete column encroaching into space 20 when they could've centred them

Either way, your gain lol

Not on a Saturday though!

The Edinburgh one is always heaving then.

Agree! If only all car park spaces were as big... and Costco as a shop is great too! Luckily I work half a mile away from one

that’d be fantastic if they were honestly, went to mcdonald’s yesterday & parked away from everyone, got back to the car and someone was parked next to me, sat in the car for about 5 minutes & they were just sat in their car, looked about middle aged..

i sit quite far back because i have long legs so was watching the person getting out of the passenger side through the privacy glass and she was so close to hitting my door with hers i gave her the dirtiest look ever

Mid-week just before lunchtime is best. Then it's not too busy and I can fill up at all the free sample stalls AND there's sushi left to buy.

Know the feeling! Also had a scary encounter a few weeks ago on a windy day when a mother was on the other side of the car but had left the door quite far open when I was parked next to her.... eek!

However, if all car parking spaces were larger then spaces would become even harder to find as less of them

I always notice how it’s people with less expensive cars parking next to/near yours too, it’s like they know we hate it

True but spaces do need to be widened a bit more..

Companies should invest in the land they have available really

How does the price of fuel compare at Costco to other places?
No fuel at the Reading Costco.
It was around £5 per tank less to fill on the S3, a mate of mine started to use it when it first opened, he uses a tank a week! What he saves virtually pays for his insurance!

I think I did pretty well today. Despite being in the store for 20 minutes nobody had parked anywhere close!

Ended up back at Costco Edinburgh today while or wee dug was at the super vet.
Super unleaded was 111.9 compared with the cheapest near me of 120.9 at Sainsbury's.

That is cheap, Tesco momentum was 122.9 last week!

Won’t be a weekly fill up with a 60mile round trip to the pumps, but if I’m there then might give it a try.

Yeah, wish I lived nearer too.
We'll be back that way a couple of time this week though.

I've never bothered with Costco before, but that's 3-4p per litre cheaper than the Sainsbury's in Loanhead, and it's only 10 mins from home
