Vcds + Skc

is it possible to code my new key using vcds if I buy the cable and cd? Also is my Skc code the 7 digit code on the tag with the plastic key fob? I have an Audi A4 B8 2012 technik?

Vcds won't do it. And no key numbers are a thing of the past now

You need a very expensive piece of equipment to code keys which my mate actually has
