Hello guys newby here sorry if in wrong section, I'm replacing my cam shaft adjuster this week due to a rattle when vvt is plugged in ,there is a thought it could be a blocked pick up causing lack pressure to cause this but oil light is not on views on this are welcome as it all counts. its fine when unplugged no rattle, but my main question is do I need to change the chain as well what is the chance of this stretching etc, iv read lots right ups and no one has said any thing about changing it .the part is 60 quid but money is not the issue but rather not if don't need doing, thanks for your time guys opinions are all welcome
