Definitive guide to halogen light adjustment

Checked the thread search but no joy.....is there a guide for halogen light adjustment for height. Probablyly just one screw right?

There are two white plastic screws on the top of each headlight one up and down other left and right adjustment. Can't remember which is which I'm afraid

Yep, got them....just wondering which is which....just want to lift them a tad...do you need a hex key for adjust them?
