Hello guys I'm fitting the s3 kit on my a3 quattro any ideas what bhp will it be pushing after mapping? Thanks boys

If its std K04 stuff then anywhere between 230hp and 280hp on average depending on condition of engine, modifications such as FMIC, large bore TIP and 3" down pipe etc...
Without knowing exactly what you have done or how good your engine is then there will be no point guessing...
The more nods you fit the higher the potential power will be and the likelihood of doing that figure more than once

Depends... if normal K04 (not hybrid) and mapped properly then arguably not but rod lottery is a vicious mistress...
The AGU has the same 20mm rods of the S3 so is no more or less susceptible than any other S3 (TT or LCR for that matter)... the AUM has 19mm sintered crack rods and not personally heard of one of those failing (yet) but they do spin bearings as they are tangless...
Bill's Lupo is an AUM with 19mm non drilled rods... it has small end rattle (as seems to be the thing with undrilled rods) but its a case of rather have them than not..
