Error on dash

Got error come up but can't make out what it is

Looks like Mfn or mci with a circle around it with a small 1 on the top left of the circle

The cluster has two programmable speed warnings. 1 on mine is set to 85mph, exceed that and it beeps and brings up the warning.

The cars handbook tells you how to disable them.
