Drl replacement HELP

Just removed my headlamp and wondering where you cut to access DRLs? It's all solid plastic? Plus what do u use to cut it?

Have a look at the front of the headlight and cut the corresponding bit at the back to reveal the blown bulb. I have read that the dealer does a replacement plastic seal for it.
