Hi all, just wondered if anybody had experienced any issues when adjusting headlights manually.
I did a clear lens conversion (big thanks to T8ups) on my AFS bi-xenons yesterday and went to raise the height of the beam on my driver side headlamp. Managed to max it out on height as it began clicking. It now clicks rotating in either direction and will no longer adjust in height.
I opened up the rear dipped beam cover last night, but couldn't work out how to solve the issue. I'm hoping it's just a ball joint of some sort which has popped out of place. I will be splitting the headlight once again tomorrow in an attempt to fix. Otherwise...new headlight unit.
